You may remember that the bistro discovered an issue with their bank card batching that delayed the posting of Bistro charges into bank accounts. Although the issue was fixed, it did cause a couple of employees to overdraft their bank accounts. If your account was overdrafted during last week’s bank card batching issue in the Bistro, please contact Hannah Murphy at Hannah.firstname.lastname@example.org. They may be able to have your bank waive the overdraft fees associated with the issue.
