Joyful Journeys is an outreach program in Adams County that operates in low income, high residential areas focusing on at-risk youth and their families. For the holiday season, we have partnered with Joyful Journeys to host two donation boxes for their Adams County Santa Claus Workshop. There are two donation boxes in the hospital; one is at the main lobby doors, the other is directly across the hallway from Daryl Meyer’s office on the first floor by the employee entrance.
Here’s a list of the items they’re in need of this year. If you can’t give but would still like to help, Joyful Journeys also needs volunteers to help get the donations ready to be distributed.
Both new and used:
- Children’s Toys
- Christmas decorations
- Non-perishable food
- School supplies
- Stuffed animals
- Stockings & Stocking Stuffers
- Coats, hats, scarves, and gloves
New and sealed or unopened:
- Hygiene products (full size or travel size)
Your donations are tax deductible, and those forms are available in the Marketing Department. If you have any questions, please call Charmaine at 1482 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
