This state-of-the-art clinic will help care for local patients with chronic and non-healing wounds. The Wound Center will be the only one in the region to offer Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) therapy, which is an outpatient medical treatment where a patient breathes 100% oxygen while under pressure in one of our two hyperbaric chambers. This type of therapy can make a significant difference in quality of life for patients who have been living with a chronic or non-healing wound.
The center will be open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is located in Medical Plaza 1 in suite 140 – the first suite on the left as you leave the hospital through the link hallway. Patients who arrive for care in the Wound Center will check in with the PASC team in Suite 100. To learn more, visit pvmc.org/woundcenter.
