When Lawson payroll goes live on June 18, the process of paying for food in the Bistro with your badge will also undergo a change. Starting on June 18, you will no longer have to pre-load your badge for Bistro and Barista purchases. Instead, associate purchases will be deducted directly from your paycheck*. Associates who wish to participate in this option will need to fill out this form and return it to Hannah Murphy.** If you turn in the form by June 15, you will be included in the first round of uploads, making your Bistro purchasing experience as seamless as possible.
In order to prepare for the transition, beginning June 1, Bistro staff will no longer load money onto associate badges. If you currently have money on your badge, try to spend down the balance by June 17. If you are unable to spend your balance, a refund will be issued on your July 7th paycheck.
The Bistro’s discount on employee purchases will still apply, and if you will not be using payroll deduction, you can still use cash or bank cards. If you have any questions about this change, please contact Hannah Murphy at Hannah.firstname.lastname@example.org or x1680.
