On July 10, you should have received an email from Press Ganey with a link to our annual associate engagement survey. As of July 14, we are only at 21% participation (see chart). Our goal is to have 90 percent of associates take the survey by this Friday, July 21. If we can get to 90%, the Human Resources department will throw a celebratory ice cream social. The survey window will only remain open until 11:59 p.m., MT, on July 24. You can take it from your work computer, your personal computer or a mobile device – in English or Spanish.
Types of survey questions
This year’s survey is intended to “take the pulse” of our organization. In addition to the associate engagement questions, it also includes Culture of Safety questions for everyone, and Nursing Excellence questions for Registered Nurses.
All voices will be heard (confidentially)
This annual survey is the best measure of associate engagement at each care site and location, and how much progress we’ve made in the past year. After the survey, work teams will use the feedback to create action plans to make direct improvements. Individual survey results are confidential, and no one at SCL Health will ever see them. Responses are grouped together by work group, but if a group has fewer than five respondents, the data will be included within the functional area or site location totals. Your thoughtful opinions make our work environment, care site and our entire ministry a better place to work and to deliver and to receive care.
