The wellness challenge for June is all about moving more. The goal is 20 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise on at least 20 days of the month.
Now is a great time to get out and start walking or biking – the weather is warmer, the days are longer, and it is a great way to get a little vitamin D!
Here is the tracking sheet for the June challenge for those who like to track their activity on paper. This does NOT replace entering in your activity on the portal, but may make it easier so you can track a few days of exercise and then enter those dates in all at once. That way you don’t have to log in each day.
This challenge is worth 8 points! I know this will push a lot of you to your goal of 55!
