PVMC Information Services requests help with managing resources. Our IS Team is currently short staffed at the same time the PVMC clinics are getting new hardware and going live with EPIC. As a result, non-urgent TAC tickets may have a delayed response.
- If you have an issue that is impacting patient care and safety, please make sure that the person experiencing the issue provides an accurate phone number where they can be reached for follow-up. Time is being wasted while we track down physicians or people going off shift.
- Let TAC know if you have a functioning work around for the issue
- Communicate with your team if a TAC request has been entered to prevent duplicate calls
- Have reasonable expectations for a response time for issues that are not impacting patient care, safety, or are not preventing you from doing your work
