Beginning in the next couple of weeks, all PVMC phones will be upgraded. For roughly 6 weeks, new Cisco phones will be installed Mondays-Fridays. We will be working with department heads to coordinate this effort and ensure patient care is not impacted. We will communicate the schedule for each area weekly so you know when to expect this process to occur in your department.
